As a speaker and coach, the number one thing that I find is stopping clients from making inroads on the highway to success is their mindset. They have read everything, can parrott it off, can event talk it to someone else; but their own mindsets are so carbonised that they can't move them to get started themselves. As a Jamaican mentor of mine always used to say, "You can walk de walk and you can talk de talk. But you walk talks more dan you talk talks".
